Taught by Terri Delaney and Ellis Delaney, this fun and interactive class will explore ways to get stuff done without sacrificing your wellness. This class is for everyone who needs help with organization, and is specifically geared towards folks with neurodivergence. Many organizational and time management strategies are not helpful if your brain style doesn’t fit into a neurotypical world. Terri is a somatic trauma therapist who identifies as neuro-normative, and Ellis is a performing songwriter who identifies as ADHD and neurodivergent (Ellis also likes the term “creative brain”).

This is a skills and supports-focused class and we will be meeting weekly for four weeks. In the class, we will explore a variety of tools, strategies and skills to become more productive (however you define that) and organized. These tools can help everyone who needs a creative approach to managing life tasks; not just folks with ADHD or other neurodivergence.

Class will be hosted on Zoom. This class will be recorded, so if you sign up you can listen to the recording later.
